For over sixty years the Park Hill estate has overlooked the city of Sheffield. It remains one of the largest surviving examples of post-war brutalist architecture in the UK.

It’s become one of the region’s most recognisable landmarks and is an integral part of the city’s cultural identity.

Following a period of decline and neglect, Park Hill is currently undergoing regeneration by Urban Splash and their partners. The estate is now entering a new phase in its history.

The “People of Park Hill” series of portraits celebrates the rich, diverse community who live and work there.
